Story[]
Morphia, Green Twister, and Tornado Tex are having a picnic in a peaceful forest on Tagland, when they soon see a Hot Air Windbag dropping out flyers. (One of which lands in Tex's bucket of Bug Juice) The flyers advertise a racing tournament spanning across the infinite lands of DemoWorld. However, Morphia then has a hunch that such sport isn't allowed in DemoWorld's unstable enviornment, and so they head off into a portal to check it out, leaving the flyers behind. Then, Dingo and Tak E Doll find and examine the flyer, only for it to be stolen by Tagbax the Barbarian. The three also head into DemoWorld for the contest. Little do the heroes know is that this is a devious plot by Tagbuu, who has escaped from pergatory again, and forcing Dark Tagbags to capture various universes and turn them into racetracks. Not only that, they also capture and imprison racers to race in competions for Tagbuu's amusement, including Harpee, Chili, Squish, and old foe Groxlin. It is up to our band of heroes and new friend, Kula, to compete in the DemoWorld Grand Prix and rescue their friends and defeat Tagbuu once again.

Gameplay[]
Every Character has the abilty to attack left or right with a random object, (Morphia's Arm, Dingo's Flamethrower etc.) and can use a variety of weapons. But each character has a special move they can use upon earning enough Tag Souls which can get them from last to first. There are three tracks per character, split into three seperate Gran Prixes. Upon finishing all races in a Grand Prix in first place, you race Tagbuu and two Dark Tagbags in a boss race for a chance to unlock a secret character, depending on the difficulty.
